Question: Do you know if I can purchase Copilot for individuals on our domain? Or do I need to purchase it for everybody on the domain?

Answer: The paid version of Copilot is per person and paid annually.

Question: What apps can be used to record meetings that can then be used to produce minutes of the meeting? Does it have to be the paid version?

Answer: Teams is the Microsoft app used for meetings, and Copilot works to take notes for Teams meetings. *Must be the paid version of Copilot to use this feature. There are other tools like Otter AI that work with other meeting tools like Zoom.

Question: Can you please share the source of the information about data privacy when you get paid access to Copilot?
